They work as part of your programme rather than instead of it. We place specialists into the workstreams you are short on — custom code remediation, data migration, testing, cutover — under your programme lead. If you need the whole programme owned externally, that is a managed outsourcing engagement, not staff augmentation.
Whose SAP landscape do they work in?
Yours. This is staff augmentation: the specialist joins your team and works in your landscape — your sandbox, development and quality systems — under your access rules, your transport process and your day-to-day direction. We do not run the conversion as a separate project of our own.
Can we start with one migration specialist and scale to a team?
Yes. After a three-month minimum term an engagement continues month to month on 30 days' notice, so you can staff up through the conversion phases and back down afterwards, or move to a dedicated team model with its own lead for the duration.
