No. Employment contracts, payroll processing, and full statutory compliance are included in all standard plans — Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Teams. Our standalone Employer of Record (EOR) service at €399/person/month is a separate product only for companies that have already sourced a candidate independently and need our Bangalore partner to act as the legal employer in India. That figure is our service fee; the person's salary and statutory employer contributions are billed on top, at cost.
No. We do not charge upfront placement fees. Our fee is built into the rate you see — transparent, no surprises.
Staff augmentation and freelancer engagements run month-to-month with no lock-in. Dedicated teams start from a three-month minimum commitment. Discounted 6- and 12-month terms are available for all models.
