This is not a freelancer marketplace: you join our Bangalore delivery team, employed or contracted through our Indian partner, and work on projects for companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and beyond. It is free for you at every stage.
Submit your profile
Tell us about your European project experience, your skills and when you could start. The parts that matter most are the ones a CV usually leaves out: which German, Austrian or Swiss company the work was for, what you owned in the project, and how you worked with the team on the other side. You can point us at your LinkedIn profile to save time. There is no fee to apply, and there never is — our margin comes from the client, not from you.
AI-powered vetting
We check your DACH project history, assess your technical depth with AI-assisted screening, and look at how clearly you explain your own work — most of our projects run in English, and communication is what clients ask about first. A human reviewer validates every result before anything is decided, and you get feedback either way rather than silence.
Profile activation
Once you are approved, we prepare the profile we put in front of clients and lead with your European experience, because that is the part they cannot find locally. You see the profile before any client does, and nothing is shared with a company without your say-so. Approval does not commit you to anything — you can sit in the pool until something you actually want comes along.
Get matched with projects
When a client brief matches your skills, we come to you with the details: the company and industry, the stack, the team you would work with, the expected overlap hours and the duration. You decide whether to go forward, and you interview the client as much as they interview you. Saying no to a brief costs you nothing and does not affect what we send you next.
Start working
Our Bangalore partner puts the employment or contractor agreement in place and runs payroll, statutory contributions and benefits locally — you choose which of the two arrangements suits you, and we discuss that during onboarding. Day to day you work in the client's tools and rituals with a few hours of overlap with CET/CEST. Regular check-ins on our side cover workload, leave and anything that needs sorting out, so you can concentrate on the work.
