We Vet Them
We run our full AI-assisted vetting process — technical skills, DACH project experience, and cultural alignment. Takes 3–5 days.
You Earn
Once they complete their first month of paid work through JoinNow, you receive €250. If the placement is still active after 6 months, you receive another €250 — €500 in total per successful referral.
Who Qualifies?
Not every referral will result in a bonus — here's what we look for.
- Must have 1+ year of DACH work experience
- Must be currently based in India
- Technical background (dev, SAP, cloud, data, PM)
- Not already in our network
- No DACH experience
- Non-technical roles
Referral FAQ
You receive €250 within 14 days of your referral completing their first full month of paid work. If the placement is still active after 6 months, you receive another €250 — €500 in total. The full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
No limit. Refer as many qualified professionals as you like — each successful placement earns you a bonus.
If they're already in our pipeline before your referral email arrives, we won't be able to attribute the bonus to you. First touch counts.
