The story behind JoinNow
JoinNow FZCO is a Dubai-registered provider of staff augmentation, dedicated teams and Employer of Record. We source and match pre-vetted Indian tech professionals for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. JoinNow FZCO does not employ them: our partner KV Consulting Private Limited employs or contracts them in Bangalore, and the work is performed at KVC's own 30-seat office there.

JoinNow did not start as a staffing company, and India was never a procurement decision. Lars and Krishna married before JoinNow existed. Bangalore stopped being a place on a map and became somewhere he spends real time — which is the honest answer to why the engineers are Indian and not somewhere cheaper.
JoinNow FZCO is the Dubai entity Lars invoices his own work through, and it still is. Alongside the consulting he builds his own products — JoinNow among them — and those are what he needed people for, so he hired where he already was. The first hires were designers: 25 years of engineering had not made him any better at UI, and the products needed someone who was. By 2025 seven people were working for him full time, employed through an Indian employer-of-record provider, because a foreign company cannot simply put people on an Indian payroll.
Opening this up to the German market is the decision that made JoinNow what it is today. For years Lars had been doing, for his own products, the thing DACH companies kept asking him how to do: find Indian engineers who work to a German standard, employ them properly, and keep them. The sourcing, the employment and the office were already running — the new part was offering them to somebody else.
