The office your team actually works from

Not a stock photo and not a coworking desk. This is the floor, the equipment and the rooms your people use every day — and you are welcome to visit.

What you are looking at

The premises are operated by KV Consulting Private Limited (KVC), the Bangalore company that employs or contracts the professionals working on your projects. JoinNow FZCO has no Indian entity of its own. The floor is used exclusively by our team in a building shared by three tenants, and entry is controlled by biometrics and access card.

There is capacity for 30 people today. That is the honest answer to how quickly a team can ramp: the desks, the network and the rooms already exist, so the constraint is recruitment, not fit-out.

Why KVC was founded in 2025

The company number above carries its incorporation year, so you will find the date anyway. It is worth saying what is behind it.

Before KVC existed, the team was employed through an Indian employer-of-record provider. That model does exactly what it says — it employs people compliantly in a country where you have no entity. What it does not include is premises, and equipment is procured through whichever vendor list the provider happens to hold. Neither is a shortcoming; both are simply the shape of the product.

As the team grew, both became the constraint. Getting the machines the engineers actually work on took longer than the work could wait for, and there was no room to put anyone in.

So the delivery arm was built instead of rented. Krishna Verma founded KVC, took a long-term lease on this floor, and designed and fitted it out herself — not a monthly coworking booking that ends when the notice period does.

It has been in daily use since 1 July 2025, when the first seven people KVC employed moved across from the previous provider. Those seven work on our founder's own projects, not on client engagements — worth stating plainly, because it is the difference between an office kept ready for visits and one that has been running for over a year. A client team joins a setup that already works.

Neither JoinNow FZCO nor Lars Krüger holds a shareholding or a directorship in KVC. He is married to its founder, which is why this page says so rather than leaving it to be found. JoinNow buys employment and payroll services from KVC under a documented agreement on terms customary in the market.

Why not go direct?

A fair question, and naming our delivery partner invites it. Here is the honest answer.

Contracting KVC directly means a contract outside the EU with no European jurisdiction, arranging your own transfer mechanism for personal data, answering the Arbeitnehmerüberlassung question yourself, invoices in rupees, and escalation in a second language and timezone.

That layer is what JoinNow is: one contracting entity, invoices in EUR, USD or AED, the data-protection paperwork, and a German engineer with 25 years in DACH enterprise software as your point of contact — in your language, in your working hours.

You also cannot go direct: KVC works with European clients exclusively through JoinNow. That is in the agreement between the two companies, not a matter of goodwill.

Delivery happens in Bangalore. Everything that makes it contractable from Germany happens here.

What is actually there

Everything below is visible in the photographs on this page.

30 workstations

Open plan with acoustic desk dividers, cable management and a dedicated seat per person. Capacity is available today.

Access-controlled floor

Biometric and access-card entry, a visitor log, and lockable storage for devices and documents. Our floor is not shared with the building's other tenants.

27" 4K display at every desk

Plus a USB-C dock, keyboard, mouse and a business-grade noise-cancelling headset. A second display is available on request.

Ergonomic seating

A mesh task chair at every workstation. Electric height-adjustable desks are fitted in the private offices, and can be added to a workstation on request.

Enclosed rooms

Two four-person team rooms with glass partitions — acoustically separated, so calls and interviews do not happen across an open floor.

Meeting room

Six to eight people, a 4K display with wireless casting, and whiteboards. This is where client calls and candidate interviews are held.

Breakout area

Coffee machine, café seating, floor-to-ceiling glazing and a balcony. People do not eat lunch at their desks.

CCTV

Recorded and retained for 15 days, with documented access. Signage at the entrance.

If you need your own space

One of the two enclosed team rooms can be dedicated to a single client — four seats, your name on the door. There is one available; the other stays open for interviews and confidential calls.

For a larger team we reconfigure the floor into one contiguous block, branded to your company. Beyond the capacity here, KVC can take additional space, including in another part of Bangalore if that suits your recruitment better.

Lead time here is same day — the desks, the network and the rooms already exist, and a team room can be assigned to you the day you ask. Beyond this floor, a ready-equipped office can be running within a day, and space KVC takes and fits out itself needs one to four weeks — that range holds whatever the headcount. Only a bespoke build-out takes longer, and what you want built into it drives the date as much as the price.

Come and see it

We would rather you checked than took our word for it. We arrange the visit, introduce the team, and you talk to the people who would work on your project — no sales choreography.

If a flight is a lot to ask before a first conversation, we will walk the floor with you on a video call instead — live, into whichever rooms you want to see, at a time that suits your morning.
