Who can join the JoinNow network?
We're looking for Indian tech professionals who have worked on projects for European companies — primarily in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland — whether in-country or remotely. Prior DACH project experience is our key differentiator.
Do I need to speak German?
Not necessarily. Most projects are conducted in English. What matters most is your familiarity with DACH work culture and project processes. German language skills can be a bonus, but they're not a requirement.
What does the employment arrangement look like?
Most talent joins our Bangalore delivery arm as an employee. Our Indian partner employs you locally — handling your employment contract, payroll, and statutory benefits. If you prefer, you can also work as an independent contractor billing the Indian partner directly. Both options are available; we discuss your preference during onboarding.
Can I work remotely from India?
It depends on the client's requirements. Travel to the client's site is a rare exception and not a standard part of engagements. Whether you work from our Bangalore office or from home is determined by the client — some prefer their team in the office, others are fully flexible on location. The India-DACH time difference is 3.5-4.5 hours, which leaves a long daily overlap and makes real-time collaboration very feasible for the vast majority of roles.
