What We Look For
The experience and skills that make a great fit for our AI / ML engagements.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud ML services (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar)
- MLOps experience — model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Understanding of LLMs and generative AI — fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG architectures
- Solid foundations in statistics, linear algebra, and machine learning theory
- Bonus: experience working with DACH enterprise clients or in regulated industries
