- Strong C# and .NET experience — comfortable with modern .NET (6/7/8) and the broader ecosystem
- ASP.NET Core proficiency — Web API, middleware, dependency injection, and authentication
- Entity Framework Core and database design — migrations, query optimisation, and data modelling
- Azure services experience — App Service, Functions, Service Bus, or similar cloud services
- Testing practices — unit and integration testing with xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
- Bonus: experience working with DACH enterprise clients or in staff augmentation settings
