You contract with JoinNow FZCO in Dubai and receive one invoice in EUR, USD, or AED. Rates start at €25/hour, with employment and statutory compliance in India already included.
90-Day Replacement
If someone leaves or is not the right fit within the first 90 days, we run the search again at no additional placement cost. Once per placement, and it covers the search — fees for work already done stay payable. Staff augmentation runs for a three-month minimum term, then month to month on 30 days' notice.
Hiring Questions
What does a Python developer from India cost?
Rates start at €25/hour and depend on which Python the role actually needs — backend service work, data and pipeline work, or the combination, which is the scarcest of the three. There is no placement fee and no recruitment markup on top — the rate you agree is the rate you are invoiced, in EUR, USD, or AED.
How quickly can a Python developer start on our project?
You usually receive a curated shortlist within 48 hours for mainstream Python profiles; combinations such as Django plus a fintech background, or heavy pandas and Airflow work, take 3-5 business days. Start dates depend on the notice period of the individual you select, which we confirm on the profile.
Do they do backend Python, data work, or both?
We treat them as separate profiles. A Django or FastAPI backend developer and an engineer who lives in pandas and Airflow are rarely interchangeable, so the shortlist reflects which of the two the role is really about — or, where you genuinely need both, the smaller group who do.
Whose codebase and environments do they work in?
Yours. This is staff augmentation: the developer joins your team and works in your codebase, your environments and your review process, under your access rules and your day-to-day direction. We do not take ownership of the code or run a separate delivery track.
Can we start with one Python developer and grow the team?
Yes. After a three-month minimum term an engagement continues month to month on 30 days' notice, so you can add developers as the scope widens from backend into data work or the other way round, and move to a dedicated team model with its own lead.
