What a JoinNow Candidate Profile Looks Like
Not a CV forwarded with a logo on it. Six pages on one engineer: what he built, for which kind of company, in which country, and what we checked before the profile left our desk. This one is real — published with the employer and end-client names generalised.
Reference JN-2026-052 · 6 pages · English and German
What is in it
Every profile we send has the same sections, in the same order, so two candidates can be read side by side.
Summary
One paragraph: seniority, the stack he is deep in, where the European experience comes from and who employs him. Written to be read, not scanned for keywords.
International delivery
Six fields at a glance — countries delivered into, German experience, timezone overlap offered, language levels, how client-facing the role was, and where the work happens.
Core competencies
Grouped by area rather than dumped as one keyword list, so you can see which parts of the stack are the depth and which are the reach.
Key projects
The recent work in detail: what the system was, the stack it ran on, and what changed because of it — numbers where there are numbers.
Professional experience
The full history back to the first job, each entry with the employer type, the sector, the duration, the solution environment and what he owned.

The closing page states what we checked for this person and what we are repeating on his word — the two are labelled differently on purpose.
18 years, nine of them living in Germany
He is not an illustration. He is available, he is employed by KV Consulting Private Limited (KVC) in Bangalore, and the profile is on this page because he agreed it could be.
Senior full-stack engineer and architect: PHP 8 and Symfony at the core, Drupal, React, Angular, Node.js and Python/FastAPI around it, and recent work on retrieval-augmented generation and AWS provisioning infrastructure. The German years were on-site, not offshore — first through the German entity of a global IT services firm, then employed directly by a German company, across pharma, insurance and travel. He now works from KVC's office in Bangalore, in your working day.
Availability moves. The PDF states his as at the issue date printed on it; ask us for the current position before you plan around it.
What we generalise, and why
A profile read by one prospect and a profile on the open web are different documents. This is the published one, so it is generalised a second time.
Employers become a description
"German online travel agency" instead of the company name, "global IT services firm, German entity (200k+ staff)" instead of the brand. The sector, the country and the scale are what you are assessing; the name only identifies the person.
End clients the same way
"German pharmaceutical group", "German insurance group". Naming a client on a public page would also be our client's decision to make, not ours.
The verification code is masked
It is a credential — printed publicly, anyone could replay it. The reference number stays readable, because it is the thing you quote when you write back.
Nothing is deleted, only widened
"Worked at a bank" sells nobody. Sector, country, scale and duration all survive the anonymisation; the names and the month-precision dates come back under NDA or at interview.
What we checked for this profile
Printed on the document's closing page, in the same words:
- Employed by KV Consulting Private Limited (KVC), our Bangalore delivery partner, and working from KVC's own office — not a freelancer we forward and not a body-shop subcontract. One contract, with JoinNow FZCO, which is liable to you for KVC's work as for its own.
- Nine years resident in Germany (2016–2025), working on-site: first through the German entity of a global IT services firm, then employed directly by a German company.
- Three separate German engagements across pharma, insurance and travel — a sector spread, not one long project.
- Employment history and role scope cross-checked against the CV and his own written project history — the two agree on employers, sequence and technology.
- Language levels as stated by the candidate: English C1, German B1. A live language check can be arranged before interview.
