JoinNow FZCO (Dubai) then invoices you — a single compliant invoice, GDPR-covered, with IP protection built in. You never have to touch Indian employment law. If you've sourced a candidate independently, we also offer standalone Employer of Record (EOR) from €399 per person per month — a service fee charged on top of the person's salary and statutory employer contributions.

Do you need a German AÜG licence (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)?

No. Our professionals are legally employed or contracted in India by our Bangalore partner and perform their work remotely from India — nobody is deployed to work in Germany. The German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) covers workers leased to work in Germany; the classic offshore delivery model, used across the entire Indian IT industry, therefore operates outside its scope. Travel to a client site is a rare exception, not part of the standard model. We're happy to walk your legal or procurement team through the setup.

Whether you work from our Bangalore office or from home is determined by the client — some prefer their team in the office, others are fully flexible on location. The India-DACH time difference is 3.5-4.5 hours, which leaves a long daily overlap and makes real-time collaboration very feasible for the vast majority of roles.
