We're not a freelancer marketplace. Every professional in our Bangalore delivery team has verified DACH project experience and is employed or contracted through our Indian partner. You get a single invoice, zero cross-border HR complexity, and people who understand your work culture from day one.

We aim for a curated shortlist within 48 hours for most skill sets, and usually hit it. For niche requirements it takes 3-5 business days, and we say so when we take the brief rather than afterwards. Forty-eight hours is a target, not a warranty — the turnaround we commit to for your role is written into the Order Form, because a scarce search and a common one should not carry the same number.

We offer a replacement guarantee. If a professional leaves or is not the right fit within the first 90 days, we run the search again at no additional placement cost. It applies once per placement and covers the search only — fees for work already performed stay payable, and it does not apply where your requirement, budget or scope changed. The turnaround for that search is agreed per role.

We handle everything. KV Consulting Private Limited (KVC) employs or contracts the talent, managing local employment law, payroll, and benefits. JoinNow FZCO (Dubai) then invoices you — a single compliant invoice, GDPR-covered, with IP protection built in. You never have to touch Indian employment law. If you've sourced a candidate independently, we also offer standalone Employer of Record (EOR) from €399 per person per month — a service fee charged on top of the person's salary and statutory employer contributions.

No. Our professionals are legally employed or contracted in India by KVC and perform their work remotely from India — nobody is deployed to work in Germany. The German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) covers workers leased to work in Germany; the classic offshore delivery model, used across the entire Indian IT industry, therefore operates outside its scope. Travel to a client site is a rare exception, not part of the standard model. We're happy to walk your legal or procurement team through the setup.

Rates vary by role, experience, and project exposure. We offer hourly and monthly fixed-price engagement models, starting from €25/hour. Invoices are issued in EUR, USD, or AED. Get in touch for a tailored quote.

Yes. A dedicated team is a group recruited and onboarded for you and working only on your roadmap. You direct it, exactly as with a single engineer — the difference from staff augmentation is the commitment: a six-month minimum term rather than three, then 30 days' notice either way. A whole team assembles in waves, because each start date follows that person's own notice period.

No. DACH is our focus and most of our clients are there, but the contracting is ready either way. For clients established in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, our terms run under German law with Cologne as the place of jurisdiction; outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland the contract language is English. Clients beyond Europe contract with JoinNow FZCO in Dubai. We invoice in EUR, USD or AED.
