One Contract, No Placement Fee
You contract with JoinNow FZCO in Dubai and receive one invoice in EUR, USD, or AED. Rates start at €25/hour, with employment and statutory compliance in India already included.
90-Day Replacement
If someone leaves or is not the right fit within the first 90 days, we run the search again at no additional placement cost. Once per placement, and it covers the search — fees for work already done stay payable. Staff augmentation runs for a three-month minimum term, then month to month on 30 days' notice.

What does a DevOps engineer from India cost?
Rates start at €25/hour and rise with the production responsibility attached — build-and-hand-over work prices differently from a role that carries a pager for your clusters. There is no placement fee and no recruitment markup on top — the rate you agree is the rate you are invoiced, in EUR, USD, or AED.
How quickly can a DevOps engineer start on our project?
You usually receive a curated shortlist within 48 hours for mainstream DevOps profiles; combinations such as Kubernetes plus a specific cloud, or a compliance-heavy environment, take 3-5 business days. Start dates depend on the notice period of the individual you select, which we confirm on the profile.
Can they take on-call given the time difference?
The time difference is an advantage here rather than a problem. India runs three and a half to four and a half hours ahead of CET depending on daylight saving, so an India-based engineer covers your early morning and, on a shifted rota, extends cover past the end of the European day. What we do not do is quietly place someone into a 24/7 rota — the working pattern is agreed with the individual before they start.
Whose clusters and pipelines do they work in?
Yours. This is staff augmentation: the engineer joins your team and works in your clusters, your CI/CD pipelines and your monitoring, under your access rules and your day-to-day direction. We do not take over your platform or run a separate delivery track.
Can we start with one DevOps engineer and grow the team?
Yes. After a three-month minimum term an engagement continues month to month on 30 days' notice, so you can add engineers as the platform grows, or move to a dedicated platform team with its own lead and its own on-call rotation.
