GitOps Workflows
Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD or Flux — declarative infrastructure and application delivery driven by Git repositories.
Monitoring & Alerting
Set up observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, and alerting systems that give teams real-time visibility into production health.
Platform Engineering

What We Look For
The experience and skills that make a great fit for our DevOps / Kubernetes engagements.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience — deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting workloads in production
- Docker proficiency and container best practices for building efficient, secure images
- CI/CD tooling experience — Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Helm, Kustomize, or other Kubernetes packaging and templating tools
- Monitoring and observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar stacks
- Bonus: experience working with DACH enterprise clients or in staff augmentation settings
